Ann Marie Cilley
Director of Brand Innovation & Customer Experience
Ann Marie Cilley joined The Casual Pint as a franchise owner in 2019, bringing with her over 25 years of expertise in new business design, brand development, and customer insights for major consumer brands. She quickly became known for her ability to build strong customer relationships and create an environment that fosters brand loyalty.
Her success as a franchise owner led her to join The Casual Pint leadership team in 2021, where she now leads customer experience initiatives. From refining menu offerings to strengthening brand storytelling and coaching franchisees on delivering consistent, high-quality service, Ann Marie ensures every location is positioned for success.
Her “work hard, play harder” philosophy is evident in everything she does—from assisting behind the bar to engaging with customers. She believes in hands-on leadership, ensuring that both staff and customers feel valued. Ann Marie’s passion for crafting exceptional guest experiences makes her an invaluable resource for franchise owners looking to build a loyal customer base.
Erin Colbert
Director of Employee Engagement & Training
Erin Colbert joined The Casual Pint in 2023 as a consultant, bringing years of expertise in employee training, onboarding, and leadership development. Specializing in adult learning and performance, she has worked across multiple industries, including retail, manufacturing, and healthcare.
Her career began with Target stores, where she helped open multiple locations in various states and certified in executive leadership training. Later, at Whirlpool Corporation, she onboarded over 500 employees, developed training teams, and built learning strategies to improve business operations. She also worked at TeamHealth, where she led onboarding and leadership programs for high-level executives, sales teams, and medical professionals.
Erin is passionate about helping business owners create a positive work culture, enhance employee performance, and improve retention rates. She believes that a well-trained team is the backbone of a successful business and works closely with franchisees to implement onboarding and training programs that set employees up for long-term success.
Lindsey Davis
Vice President of Supply Chain Management & Logistics
Lindsey Davis has been part of The Casual Pint family since 2011, starting as a beertender and working her way up through roles including Lead Beertender, Manager, and Field Business Coach. With hands-on experience in daily operations, she has a deep understanding of what it takes to run a successful location.
Since 2022, Lindsey has served as the VP of Supply Chain Management and Logistics, ensuring that The Casual Pint franchisees have access to the best food and equipment vendors at competitive pricing. She is responsible for negotiating contracts, improving efficiency, and implementing operational standards that drive profitability for every franchise.
Lindsey is also a co-owner of The Casual Pint’s home base location in Knoxville, Tennessee, giving her firsthand insight into the challenges and opportunities franchisees face. When she’s not working on supply chain logistics, she enjoys mountain biking, spending time with family, and supporting veteran history preservation projects.
Troy Davis
Director of Brand Innovation & Customer Experience
Troy Davis joined The Casual Pint in 2019, bringing with him over 33 years of experience in sales, business development, and entrepreneurship. He has a proven track record of identifying opportunities, building business strategies, and coaching entrepreneurs to success.
With a consultative approach to sales, Troy helps prospective franchise owners navigate the franchising process, from initial discovery to grand opening and beyond. His passion for helping people achieve their business goals makes him an invaluable resource for new franchisees.
Troy is also a co-owner of The Casual Pint’s Knoxville location, allowing him to provide real-world advice based on firsthand experience. When he’s not working with franchisees, you’ll find him mountain biking (and occasionally crashing), playing drums in a cover band, and keeping life fun—much to his wife’s amusement.
Zane Hagy
Marketing, Advertising & Communications Strategist
Since 2018, Zane Hagy has been shaping The Casual Pint’s marketing and communications strategies. As the owner of z11 communications, he brings decades of experience in branding, public relations, and marketing.
Zane has worked across industries, including restaurants, entertainment, and B2B services, and understands what it takes to build brand awareness and drive customer engagement. He helps franchise owners with marketing strategies, social media engagement, community outreach, and promotional campaigns.
Beyond his work with The Casual Pint, Zane is known for founding the Covenant Health Knoxville Marathon and leading charitable initiatives with organizations like Boys & Girls Clubs of the Tennessee Valley. His expertise ensures that franchise owners maximize their marketing potential and connect with their communities.
David Hinkle

With over 30 years of experience building and scaling companies, David Hinkle brings a wealth of expertise in retail, real estate, and business growth to The Casual Pint team. As a seasoned entrepreneur and leader, David has a proven track record of driving financial results by identifying growth opportunities and developing strategic initiatives that deliver measurable success.
David’s ability to build and lead exceptional teams, combined with his strong communication and facilitation skills, has been instrumental in uncovering opportunities that others often overlook. His deep understanding of retail operations and real estate strategy allows him to support existing franchise owners in optimizing their locations while guiding new franchisees through the process of launching and scaling their own successful The Casual Pint locations.
Jeanne Hughes

Jeanne Hughes joined The Casual Pint as a consultant in June 2023, bringing over 33 years of expertise from her career at Procter & Gamble, where she retired as a Research Fellow. She worked on iconic brands like Olay, Tide, and Tampax, leading groundbreaking innovations in technology, product development, and brand strategy.
At The Casual Pint, Jeanne applies her passion for creating uniquely ownable customer experiences by coaching teams through strategic problem-solving and contributing to the Customer Experience Innovation team. A lifelong learner, Jeanne holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology/Pre-Med from Villanova University and has pursued advanced studies in pharmacology, cosmetic science at the University of Cincinnati, an MBA from Xavier University, and leadership at the Disney Institute.

Tony Lofroes is a seasoned foodservice and hospitality leader with over 30 years of experience in financial advisory, supply chain planning, and business development. He has spent the past 11 years helping multi-concept hospitality companies achieve operational and financial success.
Tony has held key roles at Wholesome International, US Foods, and Kraft Foodservice, leading initiatives in global supply chain optimization, national business development, and strategic client partnerships. His expertise in procurement and cost management allows franchise owners to run highly efficient and profitable operations. Based in the Cleveland/Akron area, Tony is dedicated to creating innovative, scalable solutions that drive long-term growth for The Casual Pint franchise network.
Robert Mitchell

Robert began his professional franchising career in 2002 and has spent the past 23 years driving the growth and expansion of several national and international companies across a wide range of industries and scales. His experience spans B2B services, B2C services, premium retail, food and beverage, and professional services.
Robert has played a pivotal role in the development, strategy, and launch of many emerging concepts, as well as the successful growth of numerous established franchise systems. In addition to working with U.S.-based franchises, Robert has also crafted market entry strategies and spearheaded the North American expansion of international companies such as YellowKorner, Iris Gallerie, BoConcept, and Timothy Oulton.
Alongside his extensive franchise development expertise, Robert is a passionate advocate for leveraging cutting-edge AI technologies, including generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs). His deep understanding of AI’s transformative impact on franchise operations, development, and marketing drives his continuous exploration of innovative ways to integrate advanced technology into The Casual Pint’s franchise ecosystem.
Steve Zappacosta
Foodservice & Procurement Strategist
Steve Zappacosta is a seasoned procurement consultant with over 30 years of expertise in optimizing sourcing strategies, menu engineering, cost management, and operational efficiencies across the hospitality, casino, resort, and restaurant industries.
As a partner in Foodservice Wealth Management, Steve builds client F&B procurement programs that reduce cost, increase efficiency, and maximize profits. As a Director, Executive Chef, and Manager, Steve has led multi-million-dollar F&B and Procurement departments at JACK Entertainment, Station Casinos, and BJ Restaurants. This experience provides real-world operational solutions that work both enterprise-wide and in day-to-day restaurant operations.
